Le Royal is indeed Royal, so much marble and grandeur in the main building, our room was very nice, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast was good. Great hammam and spa area and great access to the beach. Will definitely stay again when next in Hammamet and I can highly recommend to other trsvellers

L'ensemble du personnel était accueillant, souriant et très aimable. La femme de chambre plus qu'accomodante et la vue était très belle (sur piscine). La nourriture était bonne et variée et l'hotel était d'un calme reposant. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Merci!

I liked the how nice was the hotel as well as its location which was just perfect. The hotel is nicely built and equipped with great air conditioning and comfy linings. I enjoyed the meals however we had to pay for water and soft drinks at souper time. The staff was very kind and very easy to talk to. The exchange rate at the hotel was one of the best. In the other hand I was not really happy with the separated twin beds we had and we couldn’t get a replacement because the hotel was fully booked. Overall, everything was great, we didn’t bring the kids and I don’t really recommend it for families because other than the swimming pool there is not much for family activities.

Wir wollten 3 entspannte Tage in diesem Hotel genießen und Buchten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Frühstück. Am Parkeingang wurde unser Auto kurz kontrolliert, was alles vollkommen richtig und einem ein sicheres Gefühl gab. Wir parkten und rollten unseren Koffer bis zur Rezeption. Eine Dame, die wohl schlecht drauf war, begrüßte uns kurz und verschwand mit unseren Ausweisen ohne uns zu informieren was Sie tat. Es dauerte 1 ca 10 min bis Sie endlich den Kopierer bedient hat und aus dem Büro raus kam. Im Zimmer kamen die erwarteten Überraschungen nach dem wir uns schon an der Rezeption am grübeln waren. Kein Meerblick, absolut verstecktes Zimmer, Duscharmatur fehlte der Hebel, Waschbecken und Wanne verstopft, Internet ohne funktion..Wir gingen sofort zur Rezeption und wollten den Direktor sprechen. Nachdem wir ihm alles geschildert haben zuckte er nur mit den Schultern als wäre es ganz normal. Wir baten ihm unser Geld zurück zugeben um ein anderes Hotel zu nehmen. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter schlug vor uns ei anderes Zimmer zu geben da alle Zimmer mit Meerblick nicht frei waren. Und eine Info an alle, es gibt kein Meerblick, es sind lediglich 6 Zimmer die auf der dritten Etage sind mit eingeschränktem Meerblick, das Meer ist einfach zu weit weg und die Sicht wird durch die Palmen versperrt. Also spart euch die Meerblick Option! Das neue Zimmer, auch dort kein Meerblick, defekter Safe, Bluttropfen auf dem Boden, Dusche Defekt, Lichter Defekt, allgemein verdrecktes Zimmer! NEVER EVER
