The person in the room next door that has their tv on loud until 5am in the morning could not sleep

The staff was very professional and provided excellent customer service! All the staff at the front desk was great, but one stood out and that was Roy! He provided exceptional customer and made sure that we were okay in every aspect. His demeanor was friendly and extraordinary. You don’t find good people or service like that anymore! Btw, the hotel cleanliness was immaculate! Breakfast is included with your stay. It’s basic, but it did the job!

The snack room needs to be replenished everything was good

The room was comfortable except that the bathroom fan didn't work well, so that the bathroom steamed up with every shower and made it difficult to remain in the bathroom. We were very surprised to learn that unless you specifically request Housekeeping, no one comes into the room to check beds or towels. This was not something I was made aware of at check-in and they said it was because I had not booked with them directly. Breakfast offerings were good and part of the room fee, and we appreciated the inclusion of breakfast. Staff were friendly and hospitable.

Great location, close to King of prussia mall and many different restaurants.

I wish the hotel would of had a swimming pool.
