Front office very slow whilst checking in considering that the booking had be reconfirmed more than 4 times prior arrival nothing was ready??? Food excellent, rooms in bad condition though especially the toilets

Excellent service at front desk. I was offered a free late checkout and complimentary coffee which was nice. Property needs a revamp Overall but the staff make up for it.
