The location was very convenient and one of the strongest points of the stay.

However, there were some areas that could be improved. During the night, noise from doors closing in the hallway was quite disturbing and affected the comfort of the stay. For breakfast, having a reservation system could make the process more organized and convenient. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room could be improved, as it was not possible to adjust the temperature properly or keep the system from turning off, which affected room comfort.

I had a great night sleep here the bed was comfortable , the staff were friendly and the hotel was in a good location.

I found my family size room smaller than what I expected and was disappointed there was no tra or coffee making facilities in the room.

Quando facevamo la doccia, allagavamo il bagno, nonostante la tenda. Servirebbe una tenda un po' più lunga che arrivi fino a terra o ancora meglio un vetro.

Good location just across from Central Station, only 3-4 minutes walk from the main tram hub. Spacious room with good sized bathroom. Nice sauna and jacuzzi. Friendly staff.

The bathroom wasn't as modern as pictured, but still pleasant. There was no tissue box in the room. The sauna is on a 30 minute timer and doesn't get hot enough in that time from cold. The jacuzzi is also on a timer.
