We were traveling through Scadinavia during the last three weeks, staying at Scandic Hotels in most cities. This hotel was by far the most expensive one with the least value. When we showed up for breakfast, most of the tables were not cleaned, although enough personell was present. It was obvious that they were busy checking their private phones rather than carrying for their guests. Same picture for the room service. Looks like they were busy checking their cell phones, while resting in guest rooms, thus missing details and amenities in the room, we had no coffee in the room. It was our observation during one night stay. Looking at the value, we would not recommend this hotel.
