Det stod att det var inomhuspool, men inte NÅGONSTANS att man behövde boka den för att få bada. Så stod där med besvikna barn

Godt hotel med muligheder for at kunne aktivere børn. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale... især i bar/restaurant.
Der var ikke noget som jeg ikke kunne lide, men vi bestilte burgere til aftensmad, og det var nærmest sliders... og de var dermed også betalt godt og grundigt.

Jag gillade att hotellet var barnvänligt. Det fanns quiz och spel för barn, vilket var väldigt uppskattat. Barnen fick också en välkomstdryck, vilket var en fin gest. Bastun var också ett plus. Frukosten var mycket god och varierad.
Jag gillade inte att det stod på Booking att maten ingick i priset, men i receptionen fick vi veta att den kostade extra. Om det är fel information på Booking är det hotellets ansvar, inte mitt som gäst. Dessutom kostade middagen 209 kr och då ingick ingen dryck – man var tvungen att betala extra för det. Själva middagen var inte särskilt varierad, mest kotlett med potatis och en sallad.Maten var för dyr i förhållande till kvaliteten. Jag tyckte också att det var opraktiskt att behöva boka tid för frukost och middag via en app. När man reser med barn är det svårt att hålla sig till en exakt tid, eftersom barnen inte alltid följer schemat.Dessutom har hotellet en ganska liten pool, och man måste boka tid snabbt – annars blir den lätt fullbokad av andra gäster.
