​The staff at the reception were very cordial and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with printing and scanning documents. The check-in process was fast and efficient, and the breakfast was really good with a great selection.

The room cleaning service was deeply disappointing. We stayed for 8 nights and the room was never cleaned once. On day 5, the reception explained their policy: cleaning must be booked a day in advance. We scheduled it immediately for the next day, but the hotel completely failed to follow through on day 6 and day 7. While the staff is friendly, managing basic room cleanliness and honoring guest requests during long stays needs to be a priority.

Lekrummet är toppen om man reser med barn. Gott om leksaker för alla åldrar. Frukosten och personalen är också toppen.

Dålig ljudisolering ut mor gatan och dålig mörkläggning gjorde det lite svårare att sova.

One of the best hotels in Linkoping. Clean, perfect location, friendly staff, good breakfast!
