Tv didnt work staff was kind of short

We were able to change rooms to one that had a sofa. The lady at the desk was very nice.

Shower handle/ faucet was broken. We were unable to shower. Bed frame was metal and clanged when we got up. Bathroom tub was chipped and door hinges were rusty. Garbage bags piled up outside.

Liked the location and room set ups

Lady checking us in (mature looking/ short blond hair) was very short and had a nasty attitude. The room had a really odd smell like old smoke or something but it was able to clear when we opened the windows for a bit. Our room card also stopped working at 10am even though checkout is at 11am… also pretty dumb you can’t take breakfast to your rooms. & pretty weird they ask for EVERYONES ID’s that are staying.

The staff was not helpful and one at the front counter seemed to be on something (drugs or alcohol) The room was disgusting, very dirty, the bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in most of the bedsheets… The flooring was separating, stained, and very dirty. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet seat was melted, mold like substance between the walls and floors… There was nicotine dripping off the crown mouldings. There were people drinking and smoking weed outside our room and the smell was getting into our room through a massive gap between the front door and the sill and through the air conditioning unit. We were apart of a sports team and our son’s room had people banging on the door trying to get in at 4:30 in the morning… The cops were called and made a few visits to deal with the disturbances. There are more issues but I think you get the point.

it was clean

When we had to leave for work it was 5 am and they did not have coffee or anything until after 6:30 it would have been nice since they knew they had workers leaving early that they would have coffee and some muffins out for us. They also had some shady people in and around the hotel dealing drugs.

Nothing.

So dirty and disgusting. Burn holes in the bedding, messy wall paint, cracked mirrors, hole under the door, and all we could smell was weed. Did not end up staying even 5 minutes before we asked for a refund and left. Reminded us of the hotel room in the movie Vacation where there was a wad of pubic hair under the sink.
