I did not like anything and the lady there clearly didn't want me there and she was very rude

The fact I didn't stay there and had to sleep in car because I didn't know they wanted additional deposit and I canceled and they ended up charging then voiding it and then made multiple attempts which has it still pending and it should have been accredited by now...I've already prepared letter and I'm doing the proper complaints due to this inconvenience.

Breakfast was amazing

The metal box under the bedroom was noisy ever time I got out of the bed to go to use the bathroom

Location as well as staff were particularly delightful in every way.

People creeping around the parking lot all hours of the evening. Whom I’m assuming were not guests.

The staff was very nice, I feel sorry that they have to work here! The room was awful. Burn holes in the comforters and pillow cases. We don't smoke! Tissues stuffed into the AC unit. Carvings in the furniture. No Remote for the TV, which was screwed onto the Dresser. Woken up by a drug dealer knocking at the wrong door at 1:30 am. Barking dogs, Screaming Patrons, followed by loud bangs. I did not sleep the rest of the night. Breakfast area was clean but that was the only clean area!

Not real safe for children .

The lights didn't work near the beds, no water pressure at all, couldn't shower and didn't know the first night because I was exhausted and slept. The next morning I tried to shower so at 9am went to the office. The lady wasn't helpful and said I should of said something. Which is why I walked to the office to speak in person. Was told corporate would get in touch with me. No email, phone call or voice message. Very disappointed. The bathroom smelled like mold and mildew which filled the room. It wasn't until the shower wouldn't work that I finally complained. Was told they could have exchanged rooms had I said something sooner. I had NO clue the shower didn't work....I stayed 2 days and checked out after the whole ordeal and has intended to extend my stay. But not at that rate or service. Im sad no one even bothered to call.

Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Another guest was given the same room upon check in and opened the door to the room while I was inside. The room had an adjoining door to another room that was not sound proof so I was able to hear the other guest’s tv at a normal volume and their singing. The bed made weird metal clanging sounds and was very very close to the wall even though there was a giant open space on the other side of the room.
