The room was older but ok. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was great.

It was just what i needed

This was a safe, affordable accommodation in Fife.

Staff was exceptionally patient and kind. She helped accommodate our particular needs. We were surprised by the lovely room! Breakfast was good. We all had plenty to eat to go on our way for the day. Location was convenient for us. Soft pillows/variety of pillow densities! (love)

Bed is very firm. Appreciate it was not saggy, but could have a bit more cushioning/padding. Unfortunately, the area has trouble with drug use and indigent night owls, so we did not feel safe to venture out after dark. Not the hotel's fault.

I loved their breakfast, made our day. Staffs are nice and accommodating. Entire room was clean even the linens smells fresh and spotless. Kids enjoyed our stay as well. It's worth the money and would stay here again.

Lady working at the front desk was amazing: hard-working & kind. Management has not responded to Expedia's request for refund - as we did NOT stay at this property. We checked in, looked at room available, decided it was not habitable (smoking room w/years of smoker use; linens w/cigarette burns, etc). We booked a non-smoking room through Expedia; but none were available at property upon check-in. Would give management zero stars if I could.
