Homm Laguna Bintan

this is my first time trying their breakfast menu.Im in love with their buffet. The services was really great.

My 50th birthday celebration at Banyan Tree Bintan's Homm Laguna was absolutely unforgettable. The culinary experience was exceptional, from local flavours at Treetops and Italian dishes at Vista to a specially arranged Thai dinner from Saffron. They organized great team building activities and the Aqua Zumba was highlight for most of my friends. The entire team demonstrated flawless efficiency and impeccable management throughout our stay. I want to extend a special thank you to Ms. Vita (Event Manager), Chef Rizkan (Treetops), Chef Chom (Saffron), and Daniel and Panca from the Front Office. My friends and I agree that we have never experienced this level of world-class service anywhere else in Asia. Thank you for making my milestone birthday so remarkable.

In Bintan for a weekend getaway .. Staying in Cassia, breakfast was included in Homm Lotus Cafe, surrounded with beautiful open greens and they even have their own herbs and vegetable garden. Lotus Cafe itself is big with high ceiling & outdoor options too. Food varieties is good, fresh and hot. Yohana came over to greet us, offered us local coffee, we had a short convo on their local food and market. She later brought us a mixed fruits plate for us which was such a good touch. Thank you, Yohana! We wish you well and keep up the good work.

We love the atmosphere and your staff are the most courteous and friendly in the entire travel of our life. Having traveled to many countries. We simply enjoyed this wonderful experience . Yohana and her team has been very warm and welcoming to us the entire time we were here. Her service was impeccable and it is service staff like her that would bring patrons back. We hope to visit again in the near future and thank you for the experience.

We enjoyed a wonderful 10 days relaxation at Homm Laguna. Our room was spacious and clean and beautifully decorated on arrival in celebration of our wedding anniversary. The view of the pool, gardens and beach was spectacular. The private beach is shared with the 2 sister hotels either side and it would have been nice to have had a few more beach beds, especially at the busy weekend! The food was very good, great choices for breakfast though limited for dinner here. However the sister hotel Banyan Tree did offer several restaurants that were excellent. A free, efficient buggy transport is available to and fro. We made use of the adjoining golf facilities and the course, equipment and caddy were great! As was the spa at the hotel! Leila was an amazing therapist and masseur. Our 5* was ultimately because the staff were outstanding! El, Daniel and Pancha were based in reception and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Indeed, all the staff were so happy all the time to help in any way. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay in Bintan, splitting my time between Homm Laguna Bintan (May 1-2, 2026) and Banyan Tree Bintan (May 2-3, 2026). One of the best things about these properties, along with Cassia Bintan, is that they are all managed by the same management and are located right next to each other. This creates a massive, seamless resort area with plenty of space to explore. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service at Homm Laguna Bintan. I am incredibly grateful to Pak Pancha and Bu El. They were both extremely informative and went above and beyond to assist me with restaurant reservations, arranging the shuttle bus to Plaza Lagoi, and coordinating the shuttle to the Ferry Terminal. Their help made everything so much smoother and stress-free. Whether you choose Homm, Banyan Tree, or Cassia, I highly recommend staying at any of these three properties for a great getaway.
