Excellent bespoke vegetarian sandwich by the chef and amazing drinks by Darul at Verendah. Keep up the good work!

Family suite was glorious. Great for kids with the private jacuzzi. The half board was a good choice. Comes with breakfast buffet and either lunch or dinner (3 courses-appetizer, main & dessert + non alcoholic beverage). Many choices in the menu.

The staff are exceptionally polite, welcoming from the driver to the waitressing staff , tge housekeeping and front desk staff. I like that we can share facilities with Cassia. I took the half board package and happy with the buffet and set menu. Very flexible arrangement.

A bit aged, room doors are old and fan has a creaking sound when I turn to the maximum.

Homm has a good location and value among the 3 hotels by Banyan Group, sandwiched between the other 2 hotels Banyan Tree and Cassia. The key highlight is the beach, the room is alright but better value for money vs Banyan Tree or Cassia. The real downside is the food and drinks. Really disappointing food at The Lotus Cafe which is the only restaurant at Homm, especially for the price. Tried the BBQ buffet dinner, ala carte lunch and buffet breakfast and the food was all bad. The kitchen does not know how to prepare international cuisine despite having only that option on their menu. For Xana Beach Club, the drinks were really bad too and the finger food ordered came from The Lotus Cafe, which came cold when it reached the beach. The Angsana Spa in the hotel provided quality massage but also at a high price. The check in and out was smooth, with friendly service provided by Pancha and Daniel.

We have been visiting Bintan and staying at Angsana Bintan since almost 20 years ago. This is a nostalgic place for my family. And we still enjoy the stay now. The food and the service were fantastic! And it is comforting to see familiar faces of some old staff around. The beach is clean and the pool was not over crowded. The barbecue buffet was sumptuous with a good mix of seafood and meat. Pancha from the reception manager was very helpful. He explained clearly during check in and made sure he catch the correct ferry shuttle service to the ferry terminal. He even extended the check out timing so that we could rest in our room until the shuttle bus comes. Thank you, Pancha.

Great family holiday, the rooms are within reach to the beach. The Saturday dinner buffet is well above the standard and should not miss.

The staff here are super friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and happy to help. They make you feel comfortable right away, which really adds to the whole experience. The atmosphere is just as great—relaxed, cozy, and inviting. Whether you’re hanging out in the lobby or enjoying the common areas, it feels warm and easygoing, the kind of place you’d want to come back to.

I decided to take a short break from work in Singapore and Laguna Bintan was recommended to me. It was a fast and easy ferry ride. The wonderful and genuinely friendly hosts were the highlight of my short stay. A special terima kasih to El and Daniel who became instant friends.
