Perus hotelliaamiainen, mutta huomasin kun otin tsazlikia niin se olikin jotain katkarapusalaattia ja se oli huoneenlämpöistä....katkarapu pilaantuu herkästi...

Hotellihuoneen sänky oli melko kapea niin nukuin huonosti, sillä oli koko yön tunne, että putoan sängystä:) esim 120cm leveä sänky olisi parempi. Kapea olisi ok jos sen toinen laita olisi seinässä kiinni. Aamulla ei valot jostain syystä toimineet mutta onneksi on jo valoisat aamut :)

Mukava hotelli, huone oli viihtyisä.Huoneen hintaan kuului sauna ja uima-altaan käyttöoikeus, joka oli kiva piriste pitkän ajomatkan jälkeen.Aamiainen oli jälleen kerran loistava, monipuolinen ja plussana pääsiäisaiheisia jälkiruokia juhlapyhien kunniaksi.Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja meidät toivotettiin tervetulleiksi hymyillen.

Huoneen hintaan olisi voinut kuulua ns.sisätossut ja kylpytakki.Kaipasimme huoneeseen myös vihkoa tai vastaavaa.Kylpyhuoneessa roskikseen edessä oli jokin roskiksesta irronnut muovin palanen jätettynä lattialle,olisi ehkä voitu siivota pois.Myös näkymänä hotellin ikkunasta ei ollut mitä parhain, mutta se ei haitannut.

Ihana sänky, viihtyisä huone, todella hyvä aamupala.

Todella huono asiakaspalvelu paikan päälle saapuessamme. Henkilökunta tappeli keskenään, emme saaneet aluksi palvelua, vaan jouduimme seuraamaan tätä tappelua ja saimme osaksemme tiuskimista. Meille luvattua vauvan matkasänkyä ei koskaan saatu, saimme vain pari lisäpeittoa ja tyynyn, lapsi nukkui siis lopulta lattialla peiton päällä. Meiltä myös laskutettiin majoitus kahteen kertaan, koska työntekijä ei osannut ilmeisesti käyttää bookingin varauspalvelua, eikä puhua kunnolla suomea. Aamulla respan työntekijä oli osaava ja avulias, saimme ylimääräisen maksamamme summan takaisin sekä hyvitystä sekoilusta. Iso kiitos siis tälle aamun työntekijälle.
