L'ambiente è pulito e tutto il personale e' molto gentile ed accogliente. Un esperienza sicuramente positiva. Ritorneremo in questo Hotel 🤗

Lovely staff, so helpful and kind. Great facilities in the hotel, great breakfast with lots of choice. The rooms were super clean. I didn’t catch the receptionist name, but she went above and beyond to ensure that I got to visit the Villa castle ruins. I absolutely loved my trip. I would stay here again.

There was nothing bit to like, it was a great stay in a beautiful city.

Hotel Villa Romana is ideally placed with easy access to the main square and transport links, very handy for the Villa Romana del Casale. Which is absolutely stunning and definitely not worth missing out on. The hotel is clean and tidy, the reception is super friendly and helpful. We also had the pleasure of seeing the Palio dei Normanni which paraded in front of the hotel.

Pulizia, cortesia, accoglienza e professionalità. Hotel perfetto per soggiornare a Piazza Armerina e girare in centro. Ottima colazione, camera pulita, ben arredata. Consiglio vivamente!

Staff were very helpful, including arranging dinner after restaurant kitchen had closed.

Cannot stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff were, as well as the ease of checking in and out

Everything was well organized and they were able to meet all of our requests.

If they would change the light bulbs to a warm white color rather than the cool white they have in their Roos, it would be much more pleasant.
