The staff were so friendly, helpful and kind

There was a lot of crow poo on the sun loungers, which is tricky to keep on top of I appreciate but would have been handy to have been wiped down properly before towels were placed on. The pool attendants were brilliant!

The staff is very kind and hospitable. Luxury at its best.

The beach house restaurant wasnt open for all as there was a private party.

Night time it can be more lit so as to easily move around

フロントが機能してなくてびっくりした。指示する立場の人がいないのか今まで泊まったホテルの中で最悪な対応だった。

The price ! Not worth it !! Dint even have a bathtub

We were visiting hoa for leisure from 23 jan till 30 jan 2026. Due to peak season and last minute bookings earlier we did not get Taj stay for a long duration. We stayed till 25th elsewhere and all fell sick. 25th onwards when we checked again luckily we got bookings in Taj holiday village resort. NOTEWORTHY POINTS: IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH KIDS, THIS RESORT IS SO GOOD. Words will fall short. We came here sick and tired and irritable but all thanks to Mr Manthan ( a very very friendly and professional man) who ensured our stay is worth remembering right from providing us with a very very comfortable stay, looking after us at a personal level ,ensuring we get the best . He was also so kind to give us a family frame he clicked. His colleague Drisha too ensured our stay to be comfortable at a personal level. In a huge property its extremely difficult to give personal touch to every guest, but hats off to the team they did such an amazing job. Our 18 month old kid too was not well and unfortunately puked of the bedding twice (really sorry about that) , but the housekeeping staff was just too kind to have never complained about it . Infact they were always smiling and honestly took the burden of our illnesses on them. The hotel provided us with medicines, procured from outside the ones that were not in the emergency kit even in the middle of night. The chef and his team provided us with Khichdi even at 2am at night. I am sure I have still missed out on a lot of details and names. No words can describe our gratitude to the team. We came ill, upset, worn out and irritable. We recovered , we enjoyed, we went out with wide smiles. So thank you so much for making our journey so memorable and flooding us with so much live , care and empathy which is much beyond calling it just professionalism. Kudos! Cheers!
