Frukosten var riktigt bra och faciliteterna höll hög standard. Hotellet ligger precis intill Umeälven, vilket gav en strålande utsikt.

Städningen höll tyvärr inte samma standard som övriga delar av hotellet. Det fanns spindelnät utanför fönstret, vilket påverkade utsikten negativt. Sängkläderna i det första rummet hade fläckar, vilket gjorde att vi behövde byta rum. I det nya rummet hittade vi dessutom kvarlämnade föremål från tidigare gäster i fåtöljerna, vilket gav intrycket att städningen inte varit tillräckligt noggrann. Receptionen var också underbemannad. Trots att det fanns tre receptionsdiskar var endast en medarbetare i tjänst, vilket innebar att jag fick vänta varje gång jag behövde hjälp.

Kaikki lyhyen matkan kohteet lähellä. Puistot ja jokiranta kauniita. Väven ihan nurkan takana. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, raikkaita hedelmiä, jogurtteja, pieniä makupaloja. Ravintolassa hyvä palvelu ja kelpo ruoka.

Kylpyhuone kaipaa uudistamista. Käsuihkun puuttuminen yllätti.

"Aulatilat antoi ymmärtää et huoneet olisivat myös modernit."

Sijainti loistava. Aulatilat ja ravintola viihtyisiä . Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Varsinkin Baarimikko loistava ja hymyilevä.

Huone oli vanhanaikainen ja kulunut. Kylpyhuone / suihkutila ahdas. Kaikki kulunutta. Remontin tarpeessa huoneet. Juomalaseja vain 2 kpl, joita piti käyttää juomiseen ja samaa hammaspesuun.
