"Läget, standarden och frukosten var suverän."

Allt och alla var bra utom…..

….en kvinna i receptionen som gjorde mig, min man och våra döttrar på dåligt humör vid utcheckning. Det handlade om en missuppfattning kring en av fyra personers frukost som vi trodde var betald. Vi ville såklart göra rätt för oss och betalade direkt när detta framkom men denne persons attityd fick oss att tappa glädjen med vistelsen. Jag blir fortfarande arg och upprörd när jag tänker på det. Observera att ALL annan personal var supertrevliga och att hotellets standard,rum, läge och frukost var toppen.

Läget var jättebra med garage tvärs över gatan

Det ingår inte frukost i priset vilket var en besvikelse och sen kostade kaffet i automaten för hotell gäster vilket var förvånande.

Personalen var supertrevlig och maten var god.

Badrummet kändes ostädat, bland annat var badrumsfläkten rejält smutsig och belysningen i taket stod och blinkade.
