Luau II 6429

It was beautiful,clean,and has everything you need. Everywhere on the resort was clean and well kept. Everyone we encountered, whether it be guests or employees, was very friendly. Its a short walk to the beach and very easy access. All the water sports activities are offered right there on the beach by the condo as well! There were 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, pool toys,and fishing poles in the beach closet, which was great! The pool area looks like a tropical paradise, and the water was always warm! There's a sunset deck on floor 11 that overlooks the whole resort and the ocean! Beautiful view!! This place was perfect for my family of 4! Will definitely be staying here when we return to Miramar Beach!

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Good location, close to the beach.

While there was a Hilton with some restaurants nearby, it wasn’t around a lot of restaurants. The bed had a big dip in it that gave my wife and I back problems throughout the week. We had to sleep head to foot to avoid putting too much weight in the center of the bed. Upon leaving the room, I looked under the bed and there was a two by four propping the middle of the bed that had fallen over. Wish I would’ve noticed the piece of wood propping the bed bed together, I would have propped it back up. Also, the door to the balcony kept opening, not a problem since we were on the 4th floor, but a total security issue. My wife injured her hand on the handle twice when closing it. Didn’t realize there would be so many booby traps or I would’ve just stayed at the Hilton next door.

We really enjoyed the location to shopping, beach, restaurants etc. The room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed the garage parking as well. They had everything in the kitchen that you would need. Very well stocked.

We did not like the policy on the thermostat for the A/C We had to leave it on a certain setting and it did not cool to our comfort level.. We went during a heat wave so we were just grateful to have it.

Beautiful pool setting, had places to BBQ, covered parking garage to keep cars out of the sun!

More seating needed, couch( sleeper couch) very uncomfortable to sit on or sleep on, needs something to haul the beach chairs etc to the beach!

it was very conveniently located right off the strip and right off the beach.

the coffee maker was outdated and not very clean, a pair of socks were left behind a dresser in the bedroom, and the patio door didn’t lock. Other than those small things I have no complaints at all.

Beautiful building, room and grounds. Just a short walk to the beach and a beautiful pool with waterfall. The staff was very responsive.

We brought our adult son because it came with a queen sleeper. Unfortunately it was all springs and very uncomfortable during his stay. It needs to be upgraded because everyone wants to be comfortable and be able to sleep well on vacation. Also the pool was very beautiful but the heat was turned off . Alot of people were at the pool and with kids but no one was getting in because it was too cold. Alot of visitors around the pool we're openly complaining. Hopefully in the future they will maintain a comfortable temp because other than that we would love to come back.
