Frukosten var bra.

Incheckningen var bedrövlig och onödigt krånglig trots all info jag skickat innan vi anlände. Personalen var riktigt okunnig och det tog totalt ca 45 minuter för att kvittera ut våra 7 rum trots att jag i god tid skickat namnlista över vilka som skulle dela rum. Dessutom en massa formulär som vi skulle stå och fylla i vilka ni kunde ha tillsänt oss innan så allt var klart då vi trötta anlände. Personalen skyllde på Booking trots att jag hade kontaktat er reception i god tid innan. Nu fick jag stå och betala 7 rum separat istället för att som jag bett om skulle debiterats innan vi anlände. Så detta var uselt.

L'emplacement parfait au centre ville proche de tout. Boisson fraîche citronnée à disposition. Sauna et petite salle de sport.

Travaux tout les matins nous réveillant. Nous n'avions pas été prévenus des travaux. Travaux doivent commencer plus tard. Chambre mal insonorisée Inadmissible et aucune excuse. Pas de bouilloire dans les chambres. Pas d'appel de réception possible dans la chambre. Moquette sale. Le personnel oublie les demandes. Pas de décoration dans chambre et couloir très vieillot.

通り沿いの噴水の見えるお部屋。明るい室内。スタッフも笑顔で対応。

湯沸かしボットくらいは欲しい。メールでやり取りしているのに，違う名前でメールが来たり，違う名前でホテルかられんらくがきるのは不安

Slitet rum och smutsigt kring fönstren, fläckig fåtölj och golv. Väldigt lyhört utifrån fast jag bodde på 5: e våningen

very bad policy. The forced me to pay an extra 200 skr for check in one hour early before 4pm regular check in time. The room was ready, but they insisted on the 200skr. Extremely rude to customers
