A memorable stay made possible by a team of excellent hotel professionals that went the extra mile almost like a habit. Special mention to Mr Vijay Salve at the Travel Desk who single handedly made this one of our most memorable stays at at Taj property by far. So many others helped - Mr Kishore (Travel Desk), Ms Aditi and Mr Kushal (welcome and checkin), Mr Harshvardhan (Front Desk), Mr Eashman and his lady colleague (at checkout), Ms Kunika (Ask Helpline), Mr Uday and Mr Praneet (Latitude restaurant), Housekeeping and InRoom Dining also deserve special mention but we dont remember all the names, and the tall gentleman at the Lobby porch who did the most thoughtful gesture we ever experienced - having our car brought out from parking and opened the windows for ventilation before our drive back home (as the car was parked for 5 days). At no other Taj property has the car been brought out and opened and aired like it was done here. Wonderful team of Hotel professionals that work well together, the teamwork and camraderie is quite evident. Thankyou.

Clean and quite big room.

Poor food quality. Lots of waiters, almost no one really professional: long waiting times, missing deliveries, food on the table and on the ground instead in the plate while serving. Less to none noise insulation in the rooms, resulting in music from outside during the night and loud voices from personell. Driver to Ellora provided by the hotel, not cheap, repeatedly tried to drive me to shops and sellers. Overall, not a 5 star experience and maybe not even 3. Less apparent luxury and more concrete service (like drinkable drinks, tasty food, less but trained waiters, ...).

The stay was nice overall. Friendly staff, clean hotel premises, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast etc.

The food used to be served very very late each time after ordering from the menu, all the three days, during our stay - which was a fly in the ointment!

Tout notre séjour a été formidable. C'était la dernière étape de notre voyage et, avec les visites d'Ajanta et Ellora, la cerise sur le gâteau... Je me demande même si lors d'un prochain séjour, je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience... Un petit sas de décompression avant le retour au pays Merci

Tout. Très bel hôtel ancien avec beaucoup de charme. Chambres immenses, très belle salle de bains avec bons produits de toilette. Très propre. Une petite terrasse avec une balancelle indienne bien agréable. Le personnel est adorable et efficace. Les responsables ne restent pas derrière leur bureau nous les avons croisé plusieurs fois pendant nos 3 jours et ils s'inquiètent de notre bien être. Beau jardin pour dîner le soir et très belle piscine propre. Le chef Sainath Rathode nous a enchanté avec ses plats à la carte et les buffets indiens/européens que ce soit au petit dejeuner ou au dîner. Un vrai régal ! L'endroit est très calme. Beaucoup de respect pour les clients. Faites vous plaisir offrez vous un luxe à des prix abordables. Je recommande vivement vous n'aurez que des bons souvenirs.

Room Housekeeping. Daily Replenishments were niggardly. Housekeeping much to be improved and supervised. Trainees need propoer supervision and guidance. Permanent housekeeping staff seems to be taking it easy
