Apartment nice and modern. Nice comfortable furniture. Nice touches , like toilet paper, bin bags and dishwasher tablets included. Location great for beach and walking into Old Town Side. Host was very responsive and helpful.

I stayed in Apartment 102. There was alot of noise from surrounding businesses...supermarket behind the apartment from 8am until 11pm staff up and down a very loud metal staircase and delivery cages rolling around. Also lots of coming and going from big Hamam next door. Wasnt a deal breaker but just to be aware.

Clean and spacious apartment located in a quiet area. Just a short walk to the beach and old town.

Great apartment, everything was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had all utensils. Very convenient location, literally 7-10 minutes walk to the beach. I advise you to visit the beach in front of Simus Beach Hotel (at our time of arrival, in September, there were free sun beds). On the other side of the building there is a supermarket, very convenient. The apartments corresponded to the photos on the website. The owner was in touch and responded quite quickly to our questions.

the location was really nice, supermarket nearby, the beach 5 minutes away, and the shopping street within a few minutes.

the wifi sometimes faded out and wasn´t really good in the bedrooms.

Everything was amazing! Tayfun was very helpful and accompdating, answering all the questions that we had. The property itself was modern, spacious, and light. Equipped with everything necessary, and it really made us feel like home.

Very clean and comfortable and furnished in a modern stule. The kitchen area is well equipped with enough cutlery/crockery/ pots and pans to cook every day if you wished. The bathroom has a lovely big walkin shower, there is a large balcony with chairs and a table. The host Tayfun, is very helpful and very happy to answer any questions you might have. The apartment has a connection to a lovely restaurant in the old town Carpe Diem, which is well worth a visit plus if you tell them you're staying at the apartments you get a discount. We would highly recommend staying here

It's only a 10-15 minute stroll to and from the beach, which is great, but there is a short section that is very steep, maybe not the best for anybody with walking issues.

The apartment had everything that you would need.Comfortable beds, very clean and modern and close to shops ,banks and a few restaurants. Great communication with the host and he answered everything very quickly.

There was nothing to dislike-excellent accommodation
