Taj MG Road, Bengaluru

We stayed at the Taj over Christmas. It was our baby’s first Christmas. Check-in was smooth and easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They arranged a bathtub for our baby quickly. They also provided extra sheets for the mattress. Our baby received a lot of affection, which we appreciated. The buffet was good with plenty of options. Housekeeping was excellent. Anil kept the room very clean throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and made our baby’s first Christmas special.

Abhishek Shrivastava, the staff helped me a lot , we were a walk in dinner couple with my 6 month old daughter. He helped me by providing a room for feeding my baby . Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful time at the New Year ’26 celebration at Taj MG Road. Exceptional hospitality by Rijoy Prabhakar from the Events team made the evening even more special. The food was absolutely delightful, the music was lively, and the overall ambiance was vibrant yet elegant. The arrangements and management were seamless, creating a truly memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to many more beautifully curated events by the Taj MG Road team.

We went to Taj Trinity Square for a la carte lunch on Dec 30. Location is good, and valet parking is available inside the hotel, as expected. The service was friendly and excellent; ambience was very elegant & we had a good time celebrating with family. The Indian vegetarian main course selection had only 5 curries (including dals) of which we picked three. Veg starter selection also had very limited items. They do have continental and non veg items as well. The food was good, but not spectacular. Dal tadka, simplest item, could have been much better, and is usually much better in so many local places. Roti, laccha paratha were thick and slightly sweet. Dessert: we ordered tiramisu. This was fine, but i have eaten much better tiramisu in a dozen other local places! On comparing with Taj Mumbai, the Trinity Square does not even come close for food selection, taste and overall value. P.S. Lunch buffet looked really good, with a huge selection of items, but we didn't try it this time.

Taj MG Road formerly Taj Residency has lived up to its legacy and continues to deliver outstanding service and delicious food. Our family has been patronizing this hotel for over 40 years. Celebrated my 1st birthday here one of the first ever celebrations at their banquet hall and revisited the hotel after a long time to celebrate a birthday, as we now live overseas. The staff have been incredible, starting with the staff who answered the phone calls for reservation at the Trinity Square. Mr. Shubham who was so cordial and ensured we were well looked after and noted all our needs and so kindly took into account and gave us a birthday cake to celebrate our day. Mr. Danish who was so efficient and an absolute asset who took care of our needs superbly. Mr. Tilak young and pleasant gentleman who was serving us with such warmth and a smile throughout. Captain Jayaprakash who ensured our lil son also got attention and ordered him a pizza proactively. Ms. Ashmita, Ms. Beauty, Ms. Isha, Mr. Shabin who were pleasant and efficient. The chefs had whipped up a delicious spread and the chaat chef was professional and warm. Overall great to see the Taj service levels continuing with this great team here. Truly wonderful buffet lunch at Taj MG road!! Excellent value for money unlike places like JW kitchen or ITC Gardenia. Special thanks to Asmita and Danish for their exceptional hospitality!

Central location and great service. Lot of care shown by the team. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here on my next trip
