Jeg tok ikke frokost, fordi jeg klarte ikke å sove hele natta, alt for kaldt.

Klima anlegg, alt for kaldt, måtte forlate rom med feber :(

Fin beliggenhet, nært stasjonen. Veldig hyggelig betjening!

Frokosten var kjip. Agurken var knusktørr. Det mangla pålegg. Sengene var noe av det verste jeg har sett. De hadde flekker av alt du kan tenke deg lager flekker i senger. Det var direkte kvalmt. Fikk nytt rom, like ille der. Ga opp.

The receptionist was very kind and offered extra help whenever needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent and worth it. My room was quiet, and since we have been on a tour around Norway, this hotel truly made the experience exceptional.

Breakfast buffet was great

We made a last-minute reservation and arrived late in the evening—around 23:30—with two adults and a toddler. The front desk receptionist was kind and gave us our key card. Understandably, we were exhausted by that time. However, when we got to our assigned room, the key card did not work. After trying several times, we began to worry that perhaps someone else was already in the room. While my husband went back down to reception, I stayed near the room. During that time, another family checking in approached the same room—since they had been assigned the same room number. Their key card worked, confirming that we had indeed been given the wrong room number. This was a bit awkward, especially given how late it was. Eventually, my husband returned with the correct key, and we were able to access our actual room. The room itself was quite nice and featured a separate bed on the balcony connected via a sliding glass door, which we found totally fine. However, one of the major issues we experienced was with the lighting in the morning. The windows facing the street had only light curtains, and there were no blackout curtains on the sliding door or the main window. As the sun rose early, the entire room became extremely bright, making it nearly impossible to sleep in. This was especially inconvenient with a toddler who needed rest. Additionally, the air conditioning was difficult to manage. There was no central control in the room, and despite the fact that it was an unusually hot week in Norway, the room remained uncomfortably warm. We noticed that the hallway was significantly cooler than our room. On the second day, the heat became hard to tolerate, so I approached the front desk. The receptionist was surprised to see that our room temperature was showing as 28°C on her system and mentioned it should have been addressed earlier. Overall, while we appreciated the kindness of the staff and the general layout of the room, these inconveniences made it difficult

Frokosten var kjempegod

Frokosten var veldig god, så mye godt å velge i. Renholdet på rommet var over all forventning og personalet var hyggelige.
