The property manager, Recep provided remarkable service. He was personable, friendly, helpful and engaged. He was excellent with both staff and clients. The care and attention to detail regarding the menu was exceptional. Breakfast was both generous and varied as well as delicious. The dinner meals were the best food we had on our entire Turkish vacation.

Las habitaciones muy acogedoras y limpias y pensábamos pasar frío dada la temperatura de la noche pero no porque hay calefacción. Destacar al trabajador Yazig que ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Volveríamos sin duda.

Si tenemos q poner algun pero, es quizas poner algo mas de iluminación a las habitaciones

Piękny taras widokowy na dachu. Bardzo ładnie urządzony hotel, klimatyczny w skale. Pyszne śniadania.

W pokoju w jaskini było bardzo gorąco i duszno. Brak okna i klimatyzacji. Trudno było w pokoju wytrzymać, nie wspominając o śnie. Nie było możliwość przewietrzenia pokoju.

"Great place, great staff, great value"

Great place with great value. Amazing view of the balloons from the terrace at the top floor. We stayed in the King suite and was amazing, as in the pictures, and also has a great terrace with a view. Thanks a lot to all the staff members that helped us out booking all of the activities, and that immediatly found a solution when there was a miscommunication issue during the balloon booking, they immediatly found a solution. Special thanks to Yagiz for sorting most of the things out. Special mention also for the super cute puppy at the reception

"Want a beautiful view of the balloons? Stay here!"

The location is one of the highest in Goreme, so beautiful views of the town and balloons! Food was wonderful. The room also came with plenty of (free) water for my three night stay which was much appreciated. Yagiz and the whole staff were absolutely amazing. Bonus: near the Silver Shop where the owner Mesut has beautiful products. And he’s an absolute joy as well.

Nothing—everything exceeded my expectations.
