Zeus Cave Suites

Clean, stylist, modern, comfortable, great terraced great staff and great location. We stayed in the downstairs cave room which doesn’t have a window and it was good. Recommend.

Very helpful staff even before arriving. They helped with organising tours for my friend and I. The breakfast served was a great way to have taste of turkey to start the day

Nothing springs to mind. But Zeus Cave suites has set the bar very high for other hotels.

My room was exquisite, beautifully decorated with local artefacts and was very large. Wish I had stayed longer . Breakfast was amazing and the a la carte menu in the evening was wonderful. This was my best meal in Turkey,so far.

Great boutique property for a Cappadocia visit. Cave room was gorgeous and spacious with a nice balcony. Rooftop area for catching the balloons at sunrise. Breakfast was excellent. Easy to walk everywhere. Super kind staff. On top of that, there’s a puppy on site (6 weeks old as of the time of this review) which was a cute touch. Would return!

Heads up that it’s a bit steep walking up the hill from the town center, but this is common for lots of hotels in the area.

The stay, location, and food were excellent . The location is perfect - 5 minutes walk from Lovers Point uphill and 5 minutes walk from the town centre and all amenities downhill. The proximity to the town centre meant that finding street parking for our rental car was never hard. The people were very nice - the breakfast team especially. The breakfast itself was fabulous and very generous , with a new hot offering every day. The lady in the headscarf in the kitchen was especially warm and helpful and happily made extra portions for us. We had the terrace right outside our room (Fairy Cave Room) with wonderful views over the town- very nice when you’re having breakfast outdoors . There is a further terrace which serves as a good vantage point to see the balloons if you’re not inclined to go to lovers point. We really enjoyed it and recommend it. Whilst this is a five star review, folks should be aware of the modest smell of damp from the bathroom. The room we occupied is built into a cave, and I suspect the ventilation is not great . This is due to the cave, not any cleanliness issues or service issues, and I suspect would be the case in many cave hotels . The bathroom had both an overhead rain shower and also hamam type facilities, which was another bonus. See pic. We would happily stay here again and recommend it as friends

On our arrival and departure, the hotel arranged a pickup shuttle at the door from and to the airports, which were very convenient. Especially when our departure flight was changed, the hotel was able to reschedule our shuttle service. The staff were friendly and helpful with local information and booking local tours. The included breakfasts were awesome. The hotel is located minutes to central Goreme and 3 minutes to the Sunset point where is the best place to look out the balloons 🎈. Also you can watch the balloons flying over on the terrace of the hotel. Highly recommended.

We just checked out after a great 2 night stay at Zeus The management is extremely friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to take care of things. They got multiple items arranged for the stay, travels, tours and recommendations. Responses were quick and helpful, and never pushy. The location of the hotel is perfect, just at central Goreme. It's a typical traditional hotel and the ambience adds to the appeal PS: don't miss the amazing morning, evening and night views from their terrace

Good location, friendly staff, the room is very nicely decorated and the breakfast was tasty and they change the menu every day. The view from the terrace is amazing, especially in the early morning for watching the hot balloons.

Make sure you pick a room with a proper window or balcony. It gets really hot and stuffed in the cave room. It was difficult for us to sleep properly. There is no daily room cleaning.

Full marks for breakfast, hospitality (amazing) and location, with free good coffee

Bottom rooms a bit muggy, but it is understandable being in a cave, and for sure not a big issue
