Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, zentrale Lage in Laganas zur Partymeile und zum Strand. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und bemüht. Einfache Unterkunft zum geringen Preis, dementsprechend kann man auch keinen Luxus erwarten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Klimaanlage kostet 8 Euro pro Tag. Das war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Reinigung der Zimmer alle 2 Tage. Es wäre schön, wenn wenigstens die Mülleimer im Bad täglich geleert werden würden.

Isn't overly advertised anywhere that you have to pay for air con, needs more plugs. Annoying that power doesn't stay on to charge stuff when you leave the room

Nice, a bit bigger fridge than usually in hotels, kichen aneks with all necessary things, comfortable bed, great localization- a few minutes on foot to the beach, shops, restaurants. Parking as on the pictures. The room was cleaned from trashes every day and the bedding was charge after 2 days.
We were asked to pay 8 euro per day for aircondition, which was not fair as its wasn't mentioned in the description. It was quite loud- party hotels nearby and a window to the patio that couldn't be fully closed (looked like plastic blinds). Also, please note that the comments regarding the pool, grill and so on, are from the Phoenix Villa (separate house), not for the Phoenix Suits (rooms).
