It's a gated community so less people on the beach.

The apartment is poorly equipped. Their thrift store furniture broke and we had no headboard for the whole stay, on top they were so bright to leave a screw from that hanging that was about to go into an outlet and cause a fire or injury or both! Called the management and never heard back! Their beach chairs and umbrella are dollar special and we ended up paying for that every day on the beach. The place was dirty, black hair everywhere (mine is blonde) Dishwasher was never unloaded but they ask you before check out to literally do everything for the cleaning lady. This unit is small and probably takes a whopping 2.5 h to clean yet they have no early check in so gotta wait till 4pm! There is also zero storage in there , not a night stand or dresser to put your clothes away other than tiny closet and useless goodwill tv stand It was 3 of us and we all stayed unpacked due to lack of space. The bed mattress was so bad we all left with achy necks! Overall bad experience and wouldn't recommend this place nor this managing company.
