"Exceptional"

Nice, clean room. Beautiful view. Had issues with the ac, called and received immediate assistance with it. It was fixed by the time we got back from dinner. Also received a call that evening and the next day from the same representative to check and make sure everything was good and working. She had awesome customer service. I definitely recommend this property.

We liked everything. The condo was comfortable and spacious enough for our group of 9. The views from the balcony were amazing. The pool was great. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. We felt safe being in a gated area.

"worst customer service ever."

We booked through you, the company handling the rental called My Vacation Haven never gave us a door code to get in. We received the code 24 hours after our reservation had started.

Never saw the property because we got screwed over.
