Elegant and clean

Bar close to early and it’s nothing to do unless you go next door to other hotel

The place was nicely decorated with a modern aesthetic. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable & I love the mirrors here. The pool is also a good size for families coming with children & on some nights they host a movie night in the pool. The shared pool is less clean than the Tide Building’s Pool as you can see the water is murkier, so make sure to wear your wristband to access both pools. It is also located near many restaurants 10 mins from Walmart. They also include a foldout cushion couch for someone to sleep in the living room. Overall it was a good stay, we would love to return here whenever we visit Destin.

The room is located on the very last end of the hallway on the 6th floor, which could be a far walk from the elector for some. The elevators here are also a little outdated, and wobbly. (there was a sign about renovations we saw though) Although the balcony size is great, the balcony only includes a partial view of the beach skyline.

Very clean and big! Every little detail was taken care of.

Just a little too long to get to the beach. Have to wonder through too many areas.

One of the pools was extremely dirty

The condo itself was wonderful, but the company that coordinated the stay, My Vacation Haven, was a nightmare. If I were the owner, I would change to another company.

Our experience was a nightmare. Two hours before we arrived, they told us they double-booked us so we had no place to stay. While they found a property for us to stay that one night, we had to be out by 10am on the dot and then reload all our things again into the original condo and were not allowed to check in until 4pm. We missed half of our beach day and were homeless for hours - they had no sympathy for my autoimmune health issues. I expected a full refund for that first night, but instead, (and after almost two weeks of calling and them avoiding the situation), they just gave us a tiny discounted rate. They wouldn't even consider a refund for just that ONE night. 

One lady I talked to said they would resolve the situation because "that's not how we do business," but they wouldn't do the right thing in the end.

Trouble connecting to wifi. Given access code but not the network name.
