Scandic Solli Oslo

A friend and stayed at the hotel for a weekend. Did not have a pleasant stay at all. There was a problem with our booking when we arrived so it had to redone by the receptionist. The room we received was in terrible condition. AC and lamps where not working. The drain in the shower was clogged. When checking out the receptionist (a dark skinned lady) accused us of not paying (which was not the case as a had a booking confirmation and receipt) and was generally very disrespectful and unpleasant. Will not be staying here and do definitely not recommend.

Very convenient located to public transportation and super market. Super quite. Very good value for the cost.

Veldig slitt hotell som har stort behov for oppgradering både når det gjelder rom og ikke minst konferanseavdelingen.

The General Manager, Monica, help me with my laundry service. My laundry was completed within a few hours, which I feel was in record pace!

Bra hotell , god seng og god frukost.

Barneseng var ikke klar. Måtte purre to ganger på den. Skittent og slitt fellesareal. Ikke AC på rommet. Mye bråk fra t-bane. God frokost. Ok pris. Positivt med innendørs parkering til en ok pris. Billig opphold.

Var ikke varmt vann i dusjen i 12 timer, ikke var rommet vårt ryddet når vi kom tilbake på kvelden. Vi hadde et uhell da er av barna kastet opp i sengen. Vi fikk god hjelp på natten. Men det var ikke rengjort og byttet madrass slik vi ble lovet. Det var utrolig skuffende når vi var slitne etter en lang dag i Tusenfryd. Vi fikk tilslutt et nytt rom. Men det tok litt tid. I tillegg var det noen biller på rommet. Drar ikke tilbake!!

The hotel was fine. It was nothing special, but it was inexpensive and got the job done. There are a lot of bus tours that stay there, so breakfast was often very crowded.

Fint opphold, rommet var slitt og kunne trengt en oppgradering. Det lå sentralt og i gåavstand til det meste. God frokost med stort utvalg.
