Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai

we like the room Reebok showrooms 614 and 610, the best part about the Taj Mahal Tower is the music that the play at the entrance and also the flower decoration

housekeeping staff, we were outside around 10:00 a.m. to visit gateway of India and they semi cleaned our room they took bathroom slippers soaps. that was bit uncomfortable. they should have kept new slippers soaps towel inside

The breakfast at Shamiyana on all three mornings was something we looked forward to each day. I also wanted to mention a few people by name. Rabeeya, Abhishek, Pankaj, and Rahul took such good care of us throughout. Their warmth and the way they went about their work made our stay feel special, and I would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to each of them personally.

Of course these things are beyond the control of hotel management. It’s just an observation. The one issue is noise from the front street. We were on 17th floor but still on 21st June early morning woke up due to loud speaker announcement of Yoga Day activities at Gateway of India !! Especially in midnight we heard multiple dogs barking on street. On 17th floor sound was less, but imagine those on lower floors, it must be really disturbing to them.

The staff were exceptional. They gave TOP service and made my stay really good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Taj. The location was brilliant, room was comfortable and well-appointed, and we especially loved the complimentary buggy ride, which added a unique touch to our experience. What truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Every team member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our stay memorable. It was refreshing to see how empowered the staff were to make decisions and go the extra mile to help guests. A special thank you to Sahil, Vandita, and Suyansh for their exceptional service and for making us feel so well looked after. They are a credit to the Taj team. We look forward to returning.

The first room we got faced a busy intersection and the constant traffic noise in the afternoon gave us a headache. The hotel did change our room the same day when we raised it, which we appreciated. It would still help if rooms like these had better soundproofing or noise-reducing windows.
