The flat is light, bright, clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely superb being right in the heart of the old town. Walk out of the door and you have all the restaurants and culture you could want right on your doorstep. The river is just a 10 minute walk away but it will take you longer because there is so much to see along the way. It's really quiet in the flat too when the windows are closed. Although there are pavement cafe's just outside and a bell tower close by you can barely hear a thing onside the flat. There is a good clean working lift too. One tiny criticism was that the plug in the kitchen sink did not seal and there was no plug at all in the bathroom basin. We could not understand how to work the dishwasher and so washing up without a plug wasn't easy and having a wash at the bathroom basin was impossible without running a lot of water. The shower control works back to front to turn it to cold to get hot water.
