"Comfortable night stay"

The location of the hotel is amazing and is well connected via the tram. Bed is comfortable and rooms are clean and tidy. I could only book a twin room, as was the only one available but the rest is fine. The bathroom could do with some upgrades in line with the design of the hotel, especially the shower over bath and the wooden.

Staff take too much time to check-in and check out. I asked about the invoice on my arrival, but they declined taking only the deposit, although I have been charged already by booking.com. I would have appreciated a message saying that Tram was not available until the end of August. I was not prepared for the bus replacement, whilst I can expect a deposit. The bathroom could do with some upgrades in line with the design of the hotel, especially the shower over bath and the wooden works.
