Nice lady hosting Amira? Area seemed safe but a little difficult to find your way around. Quiet at 2AM

Room not as advertised. I reserved a luxury suite. They had a small single room. I felt cramped. I didn't stay.

Ein wunderschönes Riad mitten in der Medina. Sehr sauber, gutes und ausreichendes Essen und tolle Zimmer. Sowohl die Besitzerin Amina, als auch die Mitarbeiter, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Atmane hatte immer großes Interesse daran, dass es einem an nichts fehlt und dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Vielen Dank dafür. Zudem übt Atmane gerade die Deutsche Sprache, sodass man immer einen tollen Ansprechpartner auf Deutsch hatte, mit dem man sich sehr interessant austauschen konnte. Kann das Riad nur sehr empfehlen. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Quiet corner of the Medina. Offers all the charms of a Riad: rooftop terrace, beautiful tiles, stucco, woodwork and rugs. Great multi-lingual staff-Amina (owner), Ateman, Rashida, Amina, and Ahmed. Flexible, accommodating, eager to help us take full advantage of our week in Fez. Rashida runs a great kitchen, offering all sorts of traditional dishes and treats. There are even cooking demonstrations available.

The internet is okay. Could be better.

Beautiful restored property, absolutely gorgeous owed by an entrepreneurial woman. Very comfortable, lovely food with great variety with the breakfast. Staff ( Athman, maryiam and abina ) were lovely always trying their best and very helpful and attentive at all times. They have plans to restore the terrace and it will be magnificent

The only thing they need to improve on is the check in and check out procedure. It is too slow on arrival. Really all we wanted was to get to the room although we did appreciate the welcome tea. It just took 30 mins to get to the room!. The same on checking out. I wanted to pay by card and had to go up to a back office , the machine wouldn’t work and while it finally got sorted it took another 30 mins. Speed this up guys! Finally we came back one day and our room door was wide open with spare keys left in the lock. It was a bit unusual to say the least , I can only presume they were showing people around the house. Need to respect the privacy of the guests rooms though
