The location, parking

Bathroom too small, needs refurbishing makes bathroom look dirty. Bathroom fan sounded like an airplane taking off, left off during stay. Curtains dirty. Air conditioner very noisy.

Easy uncomplicated check in and check out. Staff were friendly and attentative.

Safe in room didn't work...dead battery?

Wifi and hot water was down. Wasn't notified prior to arriving that the hot water had been out for 4 days. Also, was not offered any compensation/ refund. Overall a pretty bad experience.

I stayed here for 3 stays with no hot water, no wifi, no desk/chair in my room (king suite), kitchen closed, phone line on my room not working (I guess they didn’t want guests calling front desk to complain about no hot water to shower!!) Management was aware of all those issues and couldn’t fix the hot water problem. I ended up going to my brother’s house to shower and work since the house I paid did not offer the basics!!

Not very clean. The hotel is in desperate need of updating. The WiFi was not working, the bed was like a rock and the second morning of my stay the hot water was not working. The person at the desk suggested running the water for 5 to 10 minutes and had no clue if someone was fixing the problem or when the hot water would be back. I was forced to go to another hotel and am having trouble getting a refund for my unused reservation. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager onsite. This hotel was being run by a bunch of kids in their 20’s who did not seem to understand the first thing about customer service. Very unprofessional for any hotel, but especially a hotel charging among the highest rates in the area. I called the hotel phone number, selected the prompt for management and got voicemail. I left a message on Sunday, it is now Tuesday and I have not heard from anyone. Booking.com responded to my request for a refund with this message 3 days after the fact. “ Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement with the accommodation. As a token of appreciation, Booking.com will add in Travel Credits to your Wallet. You’ll receive a separate email once they’re available and ready to use. Whenever you need us, we're always here.” This is likely some overly complicated coupon that I will never get to use. I paid with money for a service I did not receive, was majorly inconvenienced having to move to a different hotel so I could take a hot shower in freezing cold weather and my reward for that is at the very best will be more inconvenience trying to redeem a coupon, or at worst, not being able to redeem and more aggravation.
