Allting var bra! Frukosten var enastående! T.ex flera tips med olika tillbehör! text på de kokta äggen! servitör Reza plockade rent, gick runt med kaffe, mjölk, te och serverade påtår! Han kom oxå runt med en bricka shot och bjöd runt!

"Im Zentrum von Karlstad"

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, alle Stadtwege sind bequem zu Fuß zu meistern. Das Ambiente im Hotel ist ausgezeichnet und das Frühstücksbuffet spielt in der ersten Liga mit.

Das Parken im Haus ist teuer, wer nur für eine Nacht bleibt, könnte mit den ab 18 Uhr bis 9 Uhr kostenlosen Parkplätzen in den Seitenstraßen das Auslangen finden.

"Bra frukost och bra läge"

Bra frukost. Snabb påfyllning och tydliga skyltar. Men hotellet marknadsför att gästen själv kan välja tid för frukost. Men när man ska boka tid så kan vissa tider redan vara fullbokade. Sen är det ingen som helst "avprickning" vid frukosten. Visserligen bra att man försöker minska på topparna.

I receptionen arbetade en "ny kollega" tillsammans med en mer erfaren man. Den nya gjorde så gott hen kunde, däremot var mannen inte särskilt serviceminded, utan hänvisade till t.ex. hemsidan. Det gäller inte bara för vårt sällskap utan även andra.
