-mycket ljud kunde höras från gatan i rummet under natten. - var gäst från söndag till fredag och var tvungen att vänta till fredag morse för att kunna få mitt kvitto även om jag hade redan batalat allt från början. På fredag mordet var så många personer som kom till receptionen att jag var tvungen och vänta väldig lång tid för att kunna få hjälp med mitt kvitto.

Sijainti puiston lähellä, sauna ja poreallas.

Sauna oli kylmä, vaikka olimme varanneet sen. Sen sai itse päälle, mutta en jaksanut odottaa sen lämpiämistä. Onneksi poreallas oli lämmin. Toivoisin, että lemmikkihuoneita saisi myös superior-luokassa. Nyt varasin sellaisen bookingista, joka suodatti lemmikkimajoitukset ja tarjosi myös superior-huoneita. Mutta selvisi hotellilla, että niihin ei voikaan ottaa lemmikkiä. Sain ihan tilavan perhehuoneen, mutta olihan se vähän kuluneempi.

Breakfest variety was good. In the shower room was body and hair washing stuff. In price was included wellness area and gym, but I didn't visit these.

Room was a little too warm.

It’s super close to the central square of Karlstad and it’s easily accessible to the buses of the city. Also the room was spacious

There was neither fridge nor kettle in the room.
