Viihtyisä huone, jossa sai ikkunan auki, kun tuli liian kuuma. Liikenteen ääniä ei juurikaan kuulunut. Aamiainen oli loistava ja ravintola oli varsin viihtyisä. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä.

Hotel si trova in una buona zona, vicino al centro storico. La camera tripla era abbastanza piccola, conteneva solo robe essenziali. Buona qualità di asciugamani, solo due per persona. La camera non era climatizzata, però aveva due ventilatori. Siamo stati bene. La colazione non è molto varia però le cose offerte erano veramente buone.

Non c’era il kit benvenuto in bagno, solo due dispenser. Mancava il bollitore e qualche bustina di tè. La macchinetta nella lobby era a pagamento e aveva solo il caffè. La cosa dolente è la sporcizia per terra in camera. Bisogna prestare più attenzione alla pulizia.

Overall, our stay was decent, mainly thanks to the convenient location and the helpful reception staff. The hotel is close to the city center and public transport, making it easy to get around. The receptionists were friendly and accommodating, and they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us on the morning of our departure since we had to leave before breakfast service started.

However, the rating is mainly affected by cleanliness and comfort issues. The bathroom was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and the toilet had a strong urine smell. The breakfast was acceptable, but much less impressive than expected based on other reviews. The selection was quite limited and remained exactly the same every morning. The hot options consisted mainly of sausages, pancakes, porridge, and a egg dish. Another inconvenience was that on our last evening, both the hand soap dispenser and the shower gel dispenser were completely empty. Room cleanliness was generally acceptable, but the room temperature was a major issue. Despite traveling in June, the room was extremely hot, reaching around 28°C in the evenings. A fan was provided, but it made very little difference. The window only tilts open and cannot be fully opened, making it difficult to cool the room down. As a result, sleeping comfortably was challenging. In addition, there is a construction site next to the hotel, and work started around 8:00 AM every morning. Combined with the insufficient blackout curtains—which are particularly important given the long daylight hours in northern Europe during summer—our sleep quality was significantly affected.
