Unser Zimmer war zur Straße gelegen. Es fanden nachts laute Autorennen statt. Die Lärmbelästigung war störend, so dass man schlecht schlafen konnte

A very spacious room, beautiful building and communal spaces design. The staff was very pleasant and kind. The breakfast was tasty with great variety, everything you need in the morning. A great location, 5 minutes away from the train station, lots of public transportation, plenty of restaurants and cafes around.

There is some miscommunication between the reception and the personnel. The lady at breakfast didn't have information that I had already paid for breakfast and had to go double check. I asked to fix the insulation in the shower, but because of the weekend they couldn't do it and offered more towels, but they never arrived. I asked for a late check out after arriving, it was confirmed, my keys recoded, but the day of the housekeeping staff entered my room and was surprised to find me there, so I had to convince them that I was promised the late check out.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Kleines, feines Hotel mit sehr nettem Empfang. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Man kann in 20 min über die Königsallee zum Rheinufer laufen. Natürlich auch die Altstadt von Düsseldorf erkunden.
