Very clean friendly and informative owners great location

Location excellent for exploring Poole, hosts very welcoming, property was spotlessly clean and bonus was parking We could leave the car safely and walk around. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely break.

Location

It does not state there are 2 flights of stairs to the room and I suffer with arthritis in knees / hip & back, so this was a struggle and as I needed to hold the banister rails these were wobbly and trapped my fingers as they banged against the walls. The room was extremely small for the cost of nearly £300 for 2 nights. Once you get into the courtyard we were unable to find number “25” as it did not have a sign? Also parking is very small.

An excellent location and the directions provided by the host were spot on. In a beautiful peaceful location and a stones throw from the harbour front. Once inside the property we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean and the welcome book included all the details we needed, not only about the accommodation but also suggestions for restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The host was amazing, leaving us to enjoy our stay but responding straight away to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property, and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning again.

The location is perfect, in a quiet area but very close to the quayside and restaurants. All spotlessly clean and a nice comfy bed.

The sloping roof makes it a little awkward to get into the bed on one side. But that’s a small price to pay for having the comfy king sized bed.

The property is close to the Quay and the town. There are lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The property also has private parking.

Maybe the two flights of stairs up to the rooms.
