Liked good service and location.

Our hotel room view over the sea was amazing. The room was very clean and the bedding was so comfortable. We were able to sit in an outside area for our breakfast which was lovely. The staff brought around cold face towels at the poolside which was so welcomed in the heat. The location of the hotel is fantastic!

Great hotel, but not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. It’s more like a 3. Rooms had bugs, lacked towels, and staff not attentive to guests as you would expect.

This is not a 5 star hotel, 4 stars at best. We received no mention of our Expedia VIP Access status and the food was very average. You are charged for nespresso pods in your room as well. This hotel is not on a par with other 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Overpriced for what it was.

Excellent service, breakfast excellent however no entertainment. Had room on 5 th floor and could still hear noise from harbour. 40 euros for a wash and blow wave at hotel hairdressers. Uber taxis really cheap if wanting to venture out. Plenty of subbed. Dreadful drains smell in lobby outside restaurant. Lovely birthday surprise in my room, cake and bottle of champagne. Overall great stay

Great stay with the family at the property, there was some confusion when checking in over the room type booked as we booked with sea view and was initially allocated Marina view which required me to present the confirmation of the booking however following this it was soon resolved. Hotel communal areas well kept and updated, room felt a little bit dated. Nice touches for the children with the Pluma gift sets which is well received. Couple of issues when collecting towels from the towel hut even after handing in 5 towel cards I was challenged on my room being for 2 however had just justify that it was 2 adults and 3 children, then given towels with no apologies. Location is perfect for marina and beach access. One thing to note would be that there is rear access to the beach area however after a certain time even with your access card it will not open and you are then required to walk right around to the marina entrance, this is not ideal when you are travelling with 3 toddlers.

Lovely hotel and staff are brilliant

Staff were very child friendly and very accommodating. A slight improvement would be the number of staff increased at pool side to improve service time.

Excellent hotel, a great variety at breakfast. Staff were professional and always hat to greet you. Would definitely return.
