Fantastic Hotel, staff and food! Stay only marred by very noisy heavy industrial construction works taking place right next door, which looks like a medium to long term project.

Great hotel and the staff are very friendly. The only negative is the showers - the mixer does not work so they were scalding hot or freezing cold. This was the same for several rooms in our party. Except for that it was 5 star all the way.

Numerous fire alarms on one day after fire alarms the previous 2 days. No note under the door to say testing. Late çleaning of rooms after 4pm apart from checkout day when they knocked at 9am! Apologies but not sincere

Although the outside premises are quite nice, overpriced and not a true 5 star. You can tell rooms got an uplift but the hallways are dated. Our room was never well cleaned.
