It was convenient to were our Aunt lives & we were down working on her house. The owner was very accommodating to our needs. The best part was probably the front porch. We sat out there every morning for coffee & evening to wind down after a busy day. The location is great for walking to the beach & the local restaurants. The place is older & could use some updates which they are working on.

Nothing other than having to be there because the circumstances with our elderly Aunt.
