First time to stay, will be making a return trip. Great location, and enjoyed the trip. The customer service throughout the entire winter park resort was unlike any I have ever seen. Completely impressed!

The property has an outdated kitchen and bathroom. The TVs has no access to internet therefore it was no way to connect to any of the streaming platforms like Netflix.

Great room, very roomie can easily sleep four ppl. Staff was great, helped whenever we needed. Just know that on building one and two the wifi does not work on the smart tv because you can’t sign in with room number. Room was clean smelled Great plenty of space and it’s a Mountain View
