Hotel Ahl Meerkatzen

Aamiainen oli kohtalainen, huoneet siistit ja rauhalliset. Suihkun lattiakaivo veti vähän hitaasti, mutta ei haitannut.

Portaita paljon yläkerran huoneeseen, hissi jäi kaksi kerrosta alemmas.

Schuhanzieher hat gefehlt..Frühstück war immer die gleiche Wurst..

Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Hotel liegt nicht weit entfernt vom Dom/Hbf und der U-Haltestelle „Heumarkt“

Die Lage des Hotel schien mir etwas unsicher, fühlte mich da nicht wohl. Das Hotel ist ziemlich altbacken, sehr mittelalterlich angehaucht. Die Möbel waren schon etwas älter, teils schon beschädigt, auch das Türschloss zum Zimmer sah nicht mehr intakt aus. Man konnte vom Flur die anderen Gäste lautstark hören. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Stufe und eine Duschwanne, also nicht behindertengerecht, außerdem fiel der Griff fast raus und man konnte das Badezimmer nicht abschließen. Ansonsten war es sauber, genauso wie die Handtücher. Das Frühstück bot nur das Nötigste, wenig Auswahl für Vegetarier. Nur Sojamilch als Milchalternative.

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, kurze Wege zur U-Bahnstation am Heumarkt und zum Sportmuseum, viele Restaurants/Cafes in der Nähe

die Heizung im Zimmer war defekt; es gab keinen TV-Empfang

Der Portier hat mich um die Touristenabgabe betrogen. Ich habe die bereits über Booking bezahlt, aber er gab mir keinen Schlüssel ohne dass ich sie nochmals bezahlte und gab mir keine Bezahlbestätigung trotz Aufforderung dafür. Ist einfach eine Frechheit und Unverschämtheit.

We had a very bad experience. 1. The room allotted to us was on the fifth floor (penthouse with open terrace and not safe) without access by lift. So had to carry the luggages physically by stairs from the third floor. 2. The door of the washroom was removed and kept aside for repair.(privacy issue) 3. We asked for an alternative room on the other floor with lift access. 4. They informed us there is only a single quadruple room in the hotel and do not have anymore vacant rooms. After we pleaded informing them that we will not ask for a refund of the difference in the price of a quadruple room with a double bedroom, they gave us a double room as we had no time searching for an alternative hotel. Even its bathroom door was not able to lock. 5. Our booking included breakfast. As we had to leave early and the breakfast starts only at 7.00 am, we requested to pack some bread for us. The reception staff confirmed that will convey/inform the next shift(morning )staff member. But we came to check out, they informed me that it was not possible.
