Gateway Lodge

The window was cracked. The roof was leaking into the bedroom. No cleaner. Single bed 1 pillow 1 towel paid for double room. No lightswitch. 1 bulb between a lamp and a light with no switch. Sockets didnt turn off.

We had a 3 night stay only stayed 1 night as it was disgusting. We tried phoning owner for a refund nothing back Holes in wall matterress stood again a wall

everything very dirty no staff bathroom very dirty, the toilet seat was broke another person shoes was on the room and it was smell, and a lot off another thing.

the carpets throughout the place was dirty the toilet seat was broken my room looked like a storage room no tea making facilities in room there was no parking as advertised i had to park in a street there was a hole in the ceiling above my bed the price was far to much for what it was. i will not be staying here again.

Other guests, dilapidated venue, drafty windows, no staff at hotel, coded locks for entry, two TVs in room that did not work, did not feel safe leaving items in room during day, grateful cad was not stolen or broken into each morning.
