"Not for me would not stay again"

It's near to a tram stop and my bed was comfortable

I wouldn't stay here had numerous problems. First the heating is hardly on and I did complain but it didn't improve. My room was cold especially when I got out of the shower and in the evenings / night. My hot bathroom tap didn't work most the time making it hard to wash. I was told I had to pay 45£ a lot of money to get the toilet unblocked. Even though the host didn't tell me that FLUSHABLE toilet wipes couldn't be used, it wasn't in the leaflet and there wasn't a sign or any information saying to not use flushable toilet wipes or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. So didn't think it was fair that I was asked to pay 45£ and for the reason felt ripped off and was definitely not worth the money I paid. Would not return and will tell my friends and family to avoid.

"One night stay comfy warm room"

Great location really comfy bed attentive hosts All amenities ie shower kettle etc all in working order Great stay only one night bur would stay afain

The bar was closed due to a leak from a storm they had but totally not the owners fault

"Great night away."

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Nice and warm for November!

Bit noisy from the room above but understand as it's an old property. Shower took ages to warm up!

I quite liked the old time style decoration, close by Blackpool tower and tram stop

Heating and Wi-Fi didn’t work must of time. Couldn’t open window in the room but the bed was very comfortable

"Exceptional"

The service, facilities and standard of cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel has a lovely feel , warm and welcoming. The host was lovely, provided information and was very helpful. Extra touches , tea , coffee, milk, chocolate and water. Very close to the front. We parked at a local nearby church £7 for 24 hrs . Excellent value for money , thank you. We will definitely return
