Our Guest Inn and Suites - Downtown

This place is unique. It felt like home. Very clean and the staff went above and beyond to take care of you. I would stay here again!! It is located in the perfect place. Walk to just about anywhere you want to go. It was very quiet, and the pool was a bonus. You can swim late too. There is no complimentary breakfast, but you can walk to Ala carte for a great breakfast. Two thumbs up, for sure!!!!

Cute place and very friendly staff

This was just an meh stay. The room was basic two beds, fridge, microwave, table and 2 chairs, and sink area. The door didn't really close all the way. There was a gap between the door and door frame. That freaked me out a bit so I had to prop something else up to make sure it couldn't be opened. The doors open to an outdoor balcony that was sticky and probably never cleaned. The pool was cute but very very small. Depth was max 4 feet and there was always a ton a people in there. Only like 10 seats around the pool. The location is great a couple minute walk to JetExpress and a couple minute drive to the other Ferry stations. Across the street from park with a pier and water access. Wendy's is just a stones throw away from hotel. No problem parking. It wasn't terrible, but definitively far from great.

The hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable, and the staff helpful and friendly. It was in a great location, within walking distance to the center of town, restaurants, and the lakefront.

Price was excellent. We had two queen beds and a double sofa bed. Perfect for a family. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean pool. Centrally located. Convenient for walking. We would definitely stay there again

The limited lake view was a joke, you can barely see even a small area of water. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. The tv went out for a couple hours. The coffee maker was dirty.

The room was dirty. The toilet bowl had a ring and obviously not cleaned. My feet were dirty after walking in my bare feet. The table needed to be wiped down. The location was convenient.

The suite was rather small and our daughter said the sleeper sofa had what looked like used sheets on it. She used the air mattress we brought from home.
