Very clean and comfortable. The heater warmed the place very quickly. Lovely view from the living room - very relaxing. Very convenient for Coles Bay. Phil was very responsive when we had a small problem, too.

My mother is 88 and found access by the front door a bit difficult. It would really help to have a handrail for people with mobility issues.

There were a few things that need to be addressed One of the kitchen chairs is nearly coming apart One of the outside chairs is broken Left side of the toaster doesn’t work Bathroom towel rail doesn’t work Soap dispenser in bathroom none supplied Body wash,shampoo and conditioner dispenser in shower none provided. Power board in main room is faulty would turn on and off.

The dryer didn't work. The towel heater in the bathroom didn't work.

The views of the golf course from the living area were lovely

Quilt was not thick enough to keep us warm, it was very thin and pillows were very flimsy. Bathroom towel heater didn’t work and the controls to both tvs and the RC air conditioner were either nearly flat or totally flat. Light bulb in kitchen over sink had blown.

Perfect little house. Everything you need. Can walk to the beach and close drive to everything you need. Would absolutely stay again and with the family.
