Location was convenient to access Coles Bay. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and adequately secure. Quiet 'suburbia'.

Clothes dryer was not in working condition. Furthermore, the heater was also defective and could not be used to dry clothes. Incorrect and conflicting communication by Booking.com which added to much stress when hosts did not respond in a timely manner to my repeated requests for clarification about the number of beds booked. We were left in the lurch of possibly finding more accommodation 2 days before we were due to arrive.

Plenty of activities to do indoors for the rainy days (movies, puzzles and games)

Booking.com had made an error and taken two bookings for this property on the same dates. When we arrived, another couple had already checked in which left us without a place to stay. The host was incredibly helpful, and apologetic even though the error wasn’t his fault and did everything he could to ensure we didn’t have to spend two nights in our car! Lucky for us, he managed to secure another accommodation, one that he had in town and even cleaned it himself to ensure we could get in that evening. A major error on booking.com end but I couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Very comfortable, clean and lovely holiday house. Had everything we needed. Beautiful outlook to the golf course from outdoor deck. Only a short drive into Coles Bay.

Disappointed with some of the cleaning Drain in the shower floor and hand basin slow to drain away When power point in laundry turned on TV lost connection/ reception

Well equipped flat in a beautiful, quiet location

Wi-Fi had no internet. Apparently patchy coverage, but zero during our stay. Fortunately 4G was better than expected
